This portal will allow you to submit a records request pursuant to the California Public Records Act.

Before submitting a new records request, you may find the records you seek using the following two options:

1. Use the search function to review previously published requests and documents. 
2. Use OnBase to research and access a variety of City documents online, including recorded documents, City Council and Commission agendas, minutes, and resolutions, as well as building permits, geology reports, and septic approvals.
